Update 10/6/2023 (2 updates):
1) The Lead State is in the process of offering all current contractors on the 2015 NASPO ValuePoint Computer Equipment portfolio a 3-month extension of their Master Agreement. These extensions will result in a new expiration date of January 31, 2024. As the extension amendments are executed, the Lead State and NASPO ValuePoint will work together to update the NASPO ValuePoint website.
2) All executed 2023 NASPO ValuePoint Computer Equipment Master Agreements are posted to the new Computer Equipment portfolio page on the NASPO ValuePoint website. Any pending agreements will be posted soon after execution.

2) NASPO is pleased to share the announce an Intent to Award document issued by the State of Minnesota for the new Computer Equipment portfolio. This document includes summary scoring tables and information regarding the current status of Master Agreement negotiations. Several Master Agreements have been finalized and are pending execution; others remain under negotiation. Master Agreements will be posted to the new Computer Equipment portfolio page on the NASPO ValuePoint website as they are executed and will have an effective date of July 1, 2023. The Request for Proposal and Intent to Award document are currently available on the new portfolio page at the following link:

This contract provides PCs and related commodities (including printers, small servers, LAN/WAN storage devices and monitors) to participating states, local units of government and other authorized entities. It allows for a very limited professional services directly related to the purchase of PC's.
The Computer Premium Savings Package (PSP) is a program that operates within the Computer Equipment, Peripherals & Related Services Contract led by Minnesota. PSP consists of seven lists of products whose specifications have been pre-defined (Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, Server, Storage, Monitor, & Printer). The product
specifications are refreshed, and vendors holding master agreements are asked to submit new offers every six months. The offers, and the prices are held steady and able to be purchased for the following six month period (March to August & September to February). Click here for more information on the PSP program.
